amazing location parking advantage helpful staff
The hotel location is amazing as it is a five minute walk to the palace. The hotel parking is a massive advantage. Staff members were helpful and polite. Our room was on the sixteenth floor and views were amazing.
The gym seemed below standard. I have seen better.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety. I found it quite limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The room cleaning was also substandard. I expected better attention to detail, especially at this price point.

small pool uncomfortable beds
The hotel features parking, convenient, even if it matches the prices of public garages around the area.
The pool was quite small. There were only about 15 sunbeds availablewith a cramped atmosphere. The beds were not to my liking. I found them uncomfortable. the pool area needs some serious attention. It really failed to meet expectations, given the hotel's supposed five-star status.

I found the staff at the front desk helpful. The doormen were also very cute and efficient, I appreciated their assistance with taxis. The breakfast staff kept the buffet very fresh and well-stocked.

friendly staff spacious room very nice buffet
the hotel was amazing. i loved how friendly the staff was, always smiling and ready to assist. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean. the breakfast buffet was very nice with so many choices, a feast really.
the rooftop service was not good. the gym looks not great. the pool was closed, and i wanted to swim.
